I have over 13 years’ experience in the social sector, from a Disability and Youth Support Worker, Coordinator of Residential Services to most recently a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. I started with YesAbility in January 2023 and have a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential across a variety of settings.

I have vast experience supporting individuals with complex needs who are facing barriers to accessing mainstream services and support and believe that every person has the right to a great quality of life. I use a non-judgmental approach and my main goal is to get to know the individual and find out what a great quality of life looks like to them and support them to advocate for their own rights to achieve this.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from young children to the elderly and specialise in supporting people with Autism, trauma and complex mental health and believe my Support Work experience alongside my training as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner has allowed me to incorporate realistic strategies and a holistic approach.

I am always eager to learn more and have a passion for learning and in 2023 I completed my Bachelor of Education (Primary), specialising in Special Education at Edith Cowan University.

I am based in Margaret River and passionate about delivering the highest quality Positive Behaviour Support in the South-West.
